I&#039;m beginning to think that anything can be fired (thick, wet, full of holes, whatever) as long as one is patient and takes time to fire slowly.  However -- &quot;baked mud&quot; -- don&#039;t diss the clay!  ;-)</description>

		<description>fascinated to read your article. I used to do lots of once fired raku, basicly &#039;cos I&#039;m too lazy to do things &#039;properly&#039; and never had any problems. My attitude is &#039;Clay is mud, pottery is baked mud - it doesn&#039;t need to be any more esoteric than that!</description>
