		<description>We use a 50/50 by weight of sand and fireclay It seems to work very well.  Placement of the wadding seems to be the hard part to learn.  As you know the back of the kiln is very forgiving, but the front of the kiln wadding should be placed as to not catch the ash drips.  Good luck! w.b.w.</description>
